Just as I clicked, a seagull (a popular theme this week) flew by into the shot.
Overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
In this photo you can see the edge of Vancouver Island falling into the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains starting in Washington state.
