This is a Nexium that we dissolve (I won't say how because any pharmacists out there would curse me out because how we do it isn't the best way but it is the only way this particular client can swallow it). I am always fascinated by the orange swirls and the film that forms on the top as it dissolves-right before I stir it and make a sludge.
And the pretty orange coloured Dilantin. I love the name of this dosing syringe that it's in-PeeDee. I just find it fun to say.
